Organic and picked fresh from the forests in Northern Ontario, Canada. Always store pine needle tea in the freezer for freshness and longevity.

TEA:
Single Serve: 1/2 TBS per cup of tea, or more/less to your taste. Let steep for as long as you like. Drink as is or sweeten with honey.
Pot Serving: add 4 cups of a water to a pot, add 1 cup of needles to pot. Allow to reach boil, then place lid on pot and remove from high heat and place on low heat. Gentle simmer the needles for no more than 20 minutes. Serve immediately and store unused mixture in glass jar in the refrigerator. Add to your smoothies, reheat for a cup of tea or drink straight. Consume within 5 days of making.
